In this course students will learn about why and how consumers shop.

It explains the different influential factors that affect consumer behavior and the key psychological processes consumers go through, when they are exposed to different stimuli.

Consumer Behavior Psychological Processes

It then goes through the decision making process and the stages consumers go through when they shop, and explores how retail businesses can apply such knowledge to intercept consumers at different stages in their buying journey, in and out of the stores.

Finally, the course explores different topics in consumer behavior, that are relevant to the retail industry, and explains their applications.
