Seasonally adjusted after-tax profits of U.S. retail corporations with assets of $50 million and over were at $43.5 billion, up $18.7 (±1.0) billion from the $24.8 billion in the third quarter of 2019.

Seasonally adjusted sales for the quarter came at $870.7 billion, up $74.1 (±17.2) billion from the $796.5 billion in the third quarter of 2019.
